Custom Tom Fellenbaum 4-String Mountain Dulcimer #801

This one is a real Tom Fellenbaum classic.  #801 built in 1997     It has a 27 5/8" VSL.  The Body and Sides are made of spectacular Curly Figured Mahogany.  The Fretboard is Maple overlayed with an Ebony fingerboard and Mahogany along the sides.  The back is bookmatched with a Curly Maple strip dividing the two pieces.  The headstock is a guitar type Flat style.  The Soundboard is beautiful Quarter Sawn Sitka Spruce.  The dulcimer comes with a semi-hardshell case.  This is not only beautiful and extremely playable ... but it's truly an heirloom collectors piece.  A bargain for $825.
