This harp method book by Sylvia Woods focuses on music theory and arranging techniques you'll need to play out of non-harp books, and to make your own harp arrangements.  In this book, Slynia assumes you know harp basics already, so this book is great for an advanced-beginner to intermediate player.  Topics covered in this book include:  Major and minor chords (and other kinds of chords), intervals, inversions, right-hands chords, countermelodies, modes, figuring out which chords to use, and transposing.  Several songs are included in each topic to get you going (90 songs total!)
