Anyway ... back in the late 60's when I was a member of the US Air Force ... I had the privilege of hearing and seeing many great bands live in concert. Including ... The Doors, Cream, Santana, Led Zeppelin, Vanilla Fudge (I know ... who?), the Who and many more. One of the absolute best was Jethro Tull. I saw them twice in Columbus, Ohio. My favorite guitarist, at that time (and of course, I loved Hendrix, Carlos, Pete, Page, Eric and a slew of other greats) but the guy that truly impressed me was Martin Barre. I hope you can imagine being there back in the late 60's. Compared to many others ... he was a "no-name" ... just the guitar guy with Ian Anderson. Well ... not to me.
