On my walk up the mountain this morning ... maybe 2 miles up ... just minding my own business ... suddenly ... Dave Matthews starts singing ... in my pocket?!?!?!? What????????? So my touchscreen has "issues." Anyway I listened to the whole disc for the next 2 miles or so ...
I got to thinking about the very best concerts I've ever seen. And, yes, Dave Matthews Band "live" in Central Park is one of them. The other two I reflected upon were Alison Krauss and Union Station at the Palace in Louisville and Nichole in Perelandra. Sure ... I saw Led Zeppelin on their first American Tour ... Dire Straits on their first as well ... the Stones, the Doors, Jethro Tull, etc. But ... the best three I've ever seen I've listed above. Anyway ... I wasn't at the Ryman on this night but ... if I could go back ... I'd try to make it because it looks like it might have been a good evening. One of my favorite bands back in the day ... I hope you can enjoy: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZpNCwGv8wbs
