4 String Cittern with case

This vintage Renaissance instrument was used as the main instrument in a casual musical gathering, much as the guitar is today.   This instrument is playable.  It is very old (we have not been able to find out how old!)  This instrument would probably be most attractive to a collector.  A vinyl soft case is included.
