OK, so here's how it works: 

You fill out the form below and click "submit" at the end.  Or ... if you'd prefer ... call us between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time for immediate help.

Your order will come to us as an e-mail, so please don't include any credit card numbers.  Once you submit the order you should receive an order confirmation.

* If you are inquiring about a "prototype" web sale please know that an inquiry is NOT a sale until after we speak and both agree on the sale! *

We'll contact you as soon as possible to verify the order and arrange for payment and shipping. We can accept Visa or MasterCard, or if you prefer, we can give you a total, and you can send us a check. Your order will not be processed or shipped until we contact you and verify everything.

If you are ordering a specific instrument listed on the web site there is always the possibility that someone might have put an order in before you.  We will respond to all inquiries in the order they are posted on the site.  We will reply to all inquiries regardless ... so you won't be left "wondering."  Thank you for your interest and understanding!
